农地股份制:我国农村土地流转制度的优化选择

摘　　要：我国现行农地流转制度存在着产权残缺和相关立法不完善的制度缺陷,通过比较目前我国农村土地流转制度模式,探讨农地股份制模式的制度优势,说明农地股份制应是我国农地流转制度的最优选择。There exists property right deficiency and the relative law imperfection in our current rural land transference system in China. Through comparing the current rural land transference system, and analyzing institutional advantage of the rural land share-holding system, the author comes to the conclusion that the rural land share-holding system is the optimal choice of our rural land transference system.
