摘　　要：3-硝基-4-氟苯胺是一种芳香族氟化物,也是合成氟医药的一种重要原料。随着医药、农药工业的发展,市场对含氟芳香族的氟化物需求量越来越大,种类也越来越多。本文介绍3-硝基-4-氟苯胺的合成方法,它的独特之处在于直接使用KF进行氟化,克服了硝基苯法往芳香核上导入氟原子的一些缺点。以对氯硝基苯为原料通过氟化,还原,酸溶,硝化等考察了每步反应对合成的影响,经实验证明这种方法工艺操作简单有利于工业化生产。Nitro-4-fluoro amino-benzene is a kind of aromatic fluorine compound,it is the material on synthetic fluoro-medicine.Along with the development of medicine.According to the market demand,the demand for 3-nitro-4-fluoro amino-benzene is rapidly increased.The synthetic methods about this compound is introduced in this text,3-nitro-4-fluoro amino-benzene was prepared from p-chloro nitration benzene through fluorination reduction,acid-dissociation and nitration.By experiment the data is found at last.It was proved the method is simple to operate.It is interest to produce.
