洁阴洗液在妇科临床应用的观察

摘　　要：目的观察洁阴洗液用于外阴、阴道术前消毒及治疗各种阴道炎的效果。方法将80例接受经阴道手术者随机分为两组,实验组使用洁阴洗液进行外阴、阴道的消毒;对照组则用常规传统方法进行;另外用洁阴洗液治疗100例阴道炎的患者,将疗效分为4级。结果洁阴洗液组与对照组被用于外阴、阴道术前消毒灭菌的差异无显著性意义;洁阴洗液治疗各种阴道炎效果明显,总有效率为90.0%,尤其是细菌性阴道炎和老年性阴道炎效果更好,有效率>91.0%;经临床使用多年,观察2000多例均无副作用及过敏现象。结论洁阴洗液是一种新型适合于皮肤、黏膜消毒和抗感染的新型冲洗液,有良好的临床使用前景。OBJECTIVE To investigate the effect of Jieyin solution on treatment of all kinds of vaginitis and (pre-operation) (disinfection) on vulva and vagina. METHODS Eighty cases accepting vaginosis operation were (randomly) divided into two groups. The trial group received disinfection of Jieyin solution on vulva and vagina, the control group received routine methods. In addition effect of 100 cases treated with Jieyin solution was divided 4 grades. RESULTS The difference of the two groups was in significant in statistics. Jieyin solution had significant effect in treating all kinds of vaginitis. The total effective rate was 85.0%. It had more (effect) on (bacterial) (vaginitis) and aging vaginitis, the total effective rate was 90.0%. Over years of clinical observation, there was no case with side effect and allergy among more than 2 000 cases. CONCLUSIONS Jieyin solution as a type of new developed solution specific for disinfection of skin and mucosa and anti-infection can be widely used in clinic.
