摘  要:目的:探讨硫酸镁对重型颅脑损伤患者血浆内皮素、一氧化氮含量的影响和临床意义。方法:选择我科自2003年1 月-2005年2月收治的重型颅脑损伤病人100例为研究对象,随机分成治疗组对照组,治疗组静脉使用硫酸镁,对照组不用此药, 然后定期测定两组患者的血浆ET,NO含量和GCS,进行统计学分析处理。结果:镁剂治疗组患者血浆ET、NO水平低于对照组,治疗组GCS高于对照组,两组间ET、NO和GCS差异有显著意义(P<0.05).结论:应用硫酸镁治疗,能通过对BT、NO水平的影响,减轻继发性脑损伤,发挥脑神经保护作用。Objective: To explore the effect of magnesium sulfate on the level of plasma endothelin(ET) and nitric oxide(NO) in the patients with severely brain injury and the clinical significance. Methods: One hundred patients with severely brain injury hospitalized in our hospital from January 2003 to February 2005 were randomly divided into the therapeutic group(n=48) and the control group(n=52).The patient in therapeutic group received magnesium sulfate intravenously, while the patient in control group received nothing. Then the level of plasma ET, NO and GCS were detected after 1, 3, 5 and 7 days. The data were analyzed statistically. Results: The level of plasma ET and NO in the therapeutic group was decreased than the control group. The value of GCS in the therapeutic group was higher than the control group. Between the two groups ET, NO and GCS were different significantly. (P < 0.05, respectively). Conclusion: The treatment with magnesium can relieve the secondary injury through the effect on the levels of ET and NO.
