摘　　要：目的:探讨应用可调式髌骨骨折整复器(可调式聚髌器)治疗髌骨骨折的疗效。方法:采用可调式聚髌器治疗97 例髌骨骨折。结果:术后1周-3周逐渐下地行走;随访1年-3年,平均20个月,膝关节功能恢复良好。结论:应用可调式聚髌器固定治疗髌骨骨折,价格便宜,操作简单,固定牢靠,是治疗各种类型髌骨骨折的良好方法。Objective: To study the effect of adjustable reductor on treatment of patellar fracture. Methods: 97 patients with patellar fracture were treated with adjustable reductor. Results: All patients could walk on foot gradually 1 to 3 weeks after reduction. They were followed up for 12 to 36 months.The function of knee joint were recovered well. Conclusion: The adjustable reductor used in the treatment of all kinds patellar fracture has the advantage of cheap price,simple performance and solid fixation, so it is a good method for treatment of patellar fracture.
