摘　　要：目的:建立胃宁合剂的质量标准。方法:用薄层色谱法对胃宁合剂中的防风、白术和白芍进行鉴别;用高效液相色谱法测定橙皮苷含量。结果:在薄层色谱中均能检出防风、白术和白芍;橙皮苷进样量在0.1～1.0μg范围内呈良好线性关系(r=1.000 0);平均回收率98.14%,RSD=0.51%(n=5)。结论:本方法可用于胃宁合剂的质量控制。Objective: To establish the criteria for quality control of Weining mixture. Methods: TLC identified the herbal constituents in the Weining mixture. HPLC quantified Hesperidin. Results: Radix saposhnikoviae, rhizoma atractylodis macrocephalae and radix paeoniae alba were distinguished by TLC. A better linear plot of hesperidine was in the range of 0.1～1.0μg (r=1. 000 0). The average recovery of hesperidine was 98.14% with the RSD of 0.51% ( n = 5). Conclusion: A quality control of Weining mixture was achieved.
