摘　　要：通过文献检索综述了维替泊芬的药理作用、药动学及临床评价。维替泊芬是一种新型光敏剂,临床上用于治疗老年性黄斑(ARMD)等疾病,不良反应主要为头痛、注射部位反应、视觉障碍等。Verteporfin is used together with a special laser light, to treat abnormal blood vessel formation in a part of the eye which, if left untreated, can lead to a loss of eyesight. Verteporfin may also be used to treat the age-related macular degeneration, pathologic myopia and ocular histoplasmosis. The common adverse events are blurred vision or other changes in vision, warmth at the injection site and headache etc. The pharmacological action, pharmacokinetic and clinical therapy of verteporfin are reviewed.
