摘　　要：本文介绍了牛体外胚移植及转基因胚移植的意义;详细阐述了利用非手术法移植牛体外转基因胚胎的技术过程,并对相关问题进行了探讨;移植的结果和经验为进一步研究转基因胚胎移植提供了重要的实践依据和借鉴作用。The significance of ordinary invitro embryo and transgenic invitro embryo transfer is introduced in the paper. The technological procedure of transferring transgenic invitro embryo with no-operating method is also gived in details and, the related questions in the technology are analyzed and discussed. The consequence and experience from the research can provide some important practical basis and reference for the followed study on transgenic invitro embryo transfer.
