摘　　要：介绍了冷凝液产生的原因及其对压缩空气系统的影响;对比了冷凝液的几种排放方法,讨论了冷凝液的排放与节能的关系;提出了电阻式与电容式两种电子液位检测与排放系统的设计。<Abstrcat>In this paper,the reasons that cause condensate in air compressor are introduced as well as its effect on quality of compressed air.Then the relationship between condensate drain and energy saving is discussed according to the comparison of several types of drain methods.Design of automatic drain systems with liquid level sensors based on resistors and capacitors are described in detail respectively.
