摘　　要：WTO框架下的农业补贴包括"绿箱"、"黄箱"和"蓝箱"三种。中国对它们的利用要么不充分,要么闲置。现在中国,农业是一个不被重视的部门,应积极研究在WT0框架下的农业保护措施,建立健全农业补贴法律法规体系;充分利用WTO"绿箱"政策,调整中国的"绿箱"补贴;调整"黄箱"政策支出方向;试用"蓝箱"补贴。Under the frame of WTO, agriculture subsidy includes'green box'policy,'yellow box' policy and'blue box' policy.For our county,the exploitation of them is either insufficient or idle.The agriculture is a weak quality section in our country.Agriculture protection measures under the frame of WT0 should be actively studied.Namely:Build up the sound agriculture subsidy laws system;Make full use of'green box'policy;Adjust the direction of'yellow box'policy expenditure;Try out'blue box'subsidy.
