补中益气汤药物血清对脾虚大鼠离体胃壁细胞胃泌素受体结合容量的影响

摘　　要：目的观察补中益气汤等药物血清对离体脾虚大鼠胃壁细胞胃泌素受体结合容量的影响。方法放射配基受体结合测定方法。结果脾虚大鼠胃泌素受体结合容量减少,经补中益气汤含药血清作用后结合位点数上升。结论补中益气汤药物血清对脾虚大鼠的结合位点数下降具有上调作用。To observe the effects of the serum with the BZYQD on the binding of gastrin with its receptors on parietal cells of spleen-deficiency rats in vitro. Methods: The ligand-binding number of gastrin receptors on parietal cells was analysed in radio-ligand binding assay. Results: The ligand-binding number of gastrin receptors on parietal cells in spleen-deficiency rats was less than that in normal and the binding number was promoted after the action of the serum containing drugs of BZYQD on parietal cells in vitro. Conclusion: The drugs serum with BZYQD can recover the spleen-deficiency conditions in rats probably by increasing the expression of gastrin receptors or changing its functions.
