摘  要:目的研究左旋四氢巴马汀(lTHP)对大鼠离体子宫收缩反应的影响。方法采用离体子宫平滑肌实验法。结果lTHP对高钾去极化后Ca2+引起的子宫收缩有显著松弛作用,并能使CaCl2的量效曲线右移,最大反应降低。lTHP(50~300μmol/L)剂量依赖性拮抗缩宫素(1.5u/L)所致的子宫收缩;在无Ca2+高钾液中,lTHP100μmol/L能抑制缩宫素依赖细胞内Ca2+的收缩;而lTHP300μmol/L对缩宫素依赖细胞外Ca2+的收缩亦有抑制作用。结论lTHP对大鼠子宫平滑肌的收缩反应具有明显拮抗作用。The effects of l-tetrahydropalmatine(l-THP) on contraction of isolated rat uteres were studied. Method: Experimentation of isolated uterus smooth muscle was used. Results: Contraction induced by Ca^2+ after high K+ depolarization was markedly relaxed by l-THP(30,100μmol/L) and rightward displacement of concentration-response curves and reduced maximum effect for Ca^2+ (0.01~10mmol/L) were induced by pre-incubation with l-THP(100,300μmol/L).In normal physiological solution,contraction induced by oxytocin 1.5u/L was inhibited dose dependently by l-THP(50~300μmol/L).l -THP 100μmol/L only depressed contraction induced by oxytocin in high K+- Ca^2+ free solution, andl-THP 300μmol/L depressed extracellular Ca^2+ -dependent contraction as well.Conclusion: l-THP significantly inhibited contraction of isolated rat uterus.
