筘座系统有限元分析

摘　　要：针对无梭织机筘座脚、筘座、钢筘、摇轴的结构特点,建立了筘座系统三维有限元模型。应用软件ANSYS8.0对该模型进行了有限元分析,求出了筘座系统的固有特性。Aimed at the structural features of sley sword, sley, reed and rocking shaft, a 3D finite element model was established for the sley sword, sley and reed and rocking shaf. By the use of finite element analytic software ANSYS8. 0 the modality analysis has been carried out on this model and the inherent features and of the sley sword, sley and reed was found.
