中药护骨合剂防治绝经后骨质疏松症的临床研究

摘　　要：护骨合剂具有降低绝经后原发性骨质疏松症尿钙(Ca^(++))、尿羟脯氨酸(HYP)、Ca^(++)/Cr(肌酐)、HYP/Cr的作用,能调节雌二醇(E_2)的水平;对防止骨质耗损、促进骨合成、增加骨量有一定效果;对肾虚症状改善有效,显效率80％,有效率98％,与对照组尼尔雌醇比较略优,且无尼尔雌醇的副作用。This mixture yielded the actions of lowering urine calcium (Ca++). urine HYP. Ca++/Cr, HYP/Cr in primary postmenopausai osteoporosis, regulating the level of estradiol (E2). It also prevented the bone from further damage, stimulated osteogenesis and increased the quantity of bone tissue. It was effective for amelioration of symptoms in kidney deficiency, with an effective rate of 98% in which 80% were markedly effective. It was superior to the control group of neo -estradiol and without side - effect
