心阴虚证患者肾素—血管紧张素—醛固酮系统的观察

摘　　要：对33例不同心血管疾病心阴虚证患者肾素—血管紧张素—醛固酮系统(RAAS)的功能状态进行了观察,结果发现:心阴虚证RAAS活钱增高,表现为三种激素水平均比正常人高(P<0.05或 P<0.01)。提示该证型存有明显的神经—体液调节功能紊乱。心阴虚证与心气虚证的RAAS活性变化规律颇为相似,但影响的病理因素不尽相同。The functional condition of RAAS in 33 cases of Yin -deficiency of the heart with different cardiac disorders were observed. It was found that the activity of RAAS in such patients were increased, demonstrating high level of these 3 hormones as compared with normal cases (P<0. 05 or P<0.01). This suggests that such patients present marked functional disturbance of neu-ro - humoral regulation. The rule of activity changes of RAAS in Yin - deficiency of the heart is similar to that of Qi-deficiency of the heart, though the pathological factors influencing them might be different.
