摘　　要：先进的私营企业文化是中国特色先进文化的重要内容。私营企业文化建设必须以马克思主义为指导,正确运用唯物辩证法,在企业文化建设中处理好现象和本质、内因和外因、共性和个性、主要矛盾和次要矛盾的关系,才能避免在企业文化建设中陷入误区,才能建设具有中国特色的、先进的私营企业文化。Advanced private enterprise culture constitutes important content of advanced culture with Chinese characteristics.It is imperative to correctly apply materialist dialectics to enterprise culture building under the guidance of Marxism so as to handle well the relations between phenomenon and essence,between internal and external causes,general and specific charaters,principal and secondary contradictions.Only in this way can we avoid going astray in building advanced private enterprise culture with Chinese characteristics.
