摘　　要：分析了我国企业信息化建设在内部条件与外部环境方面存在的主要问题,并从思想认识、实施步骤、人才培养、基础管理和管理软件等方面提出相应的对策建议。The paper analyses the main problems existing in the internal conditions and external circumstances of China's IT promotion in enterprises,and puts forward appropriate proposals and countermeansures from the aspects of political awareness,implementation steps,personnel training,basic management and the management of software.
