摘　　要：就目前高校图书馆发展的现状,对新时期如何提升图书馆在高校中的地位这一问题,主要从提高馆员素质、改革读者服务、建立学科馆员制度、开展学术研究、提高科研水平等方面提出了建议。参考文献2。It is discussed in this article about how to promote the position of the library in the university, some solutions relating to promoting the librarians' qualifications, innovating the service, establishing the system of Liaison Librarians as well as carrying out the academic research are brought out in this paper.2 refs.
