摘  要:本文观察了中药补肾密骨液对大鼠实验性骨质疏松症的影响,并以防治骨质疏松药尼尔雌醇、丙酸睾丸素及生理盐水作为对照。结果显示,中药组与雌、雄性激素组模鼠的骨矿密度及骨质无机元素钙、镁、锰、铜含量明显高于盐水组(P<0.05,P<0.01,P<0.001);空腹尿钙/肌酐、羟脯氨酸/肌酐等,诸骨吸收生化指标明显低于盐水组(P<0.05,P<0.01).通过骨组织计量学参数值分析,表明补肾密骨液不仅能刺激衍化增生成骨细胞,产生较多的骨基质,使类骨质转变为矿化骨小梁;还能抑制破骨细胞的骨吸收活动,使模鼠的骨再建活动恢复正平衡状态。In this paper,the effect of BUSHEN MIGU YE (BSMGY) (Kidneys-tonifying and Bone-density-increasing Liquid) on experimental osteoporosis in rats is observed and compared with that of the controls:Nilestrioli (N). Testosteroni propionatis (TP) and normal saline (NS).The results suggested that the bone mineral density and the contents of inorganic elements in bone.such as Ca. Mg. Mn .Cu in BSMGY, N and TP groups were significantly higher than those in NS group (P<0. 05 ,P<0. 01 and P<0.01);some biochemical indices related to bone resorption,such as the ratio of fasting urinary calcium and hydroxyproline to creatinine,were significantly lower than those of NS group (P <0.05 and P<0.01). Through bone histomorpholometric measurement.it was confirmed that BSMGY could inhibit the bone pesorption of osteoclasts and restore the positive balance of the bone reconstruction in rat models as well as increase the number of osteoblasts and the area of osteoid .and cause the osteoid to change to bony traberculae.
