摘　　要：从电力需求侧管理概念出发,详细介绍了多用户电能表的原理、结构、系统构成和安装使用;并阐述了多用户电能表在电力需求侧管理中的作用,如对不同用电作业或设备进行计量和监控、分析决策和远程通信等。随着电力需求侧管理的发展,面向作业的多用户电能表必将成为开展这一工作的有效辅助工具。Embarking from the understanding of power demand side management concept,the paper introduces the multi-users static watt-hour meters principle, the structure, the system constitution and installation use,and elaborates the function of the multi-users static watt- hour meters in the power demand side management. For example,it can meter and monitor different power work and device, analyze and decide remote communication, etc. With the development of DSM,work-oriented user meter is of effective means for DSM.
