摘  要:为合成出与粉末型光敏树脂相匹配的光固化交联剂,采用熔融法,以对甲苯磺酸作为相转移催化剂,偏苯三酸酐和1,4 环己二醇为单体(摩尔比为1∶1.05)进行酯化反应,得到酯化产物,再以三乙基苄基氯化胺作为相转移催化剂与环氧氯丙烷进行溶液反应,得到第二中间产物,再与丙烯酸钠盐进行相转移反应,最终得到的光交联剂经过红外分析,表明端基已经接上可进行紫外光固化的碳碳双键。In order to synthesize the photocrosslinking agent that matching the powder photosensitizer coating.Esterifying product was synthesized by reacting trimellitic anhydride with 1,4-cyclohexanediol (the mole ratio was 1∶1.05)in the presence of toluene-p-sulfonic acid as phase transfer catalyst.Then the second middle product was synthesized by solution reacting with (3-)chloropropylene in the presence of triethylbenzylammonium as phase transfer catalyst. The final product was synthesized by phase transfer reacting with sodium acrylic acid, the photocrosslinking agent's IR spectra was indicated, and the end group was grafted by carbon double bond that can be UV-cured.
