大豆根瘤内生细菌对大豆胞囊线虫影响研究

摘　　要：从辽宁、吉林、山东等地采集的土样中分离获得400 株大豆根瘤内生细菌,通过测定细菌菌悬液对大豆胞囊线虫胞囊孵化的影响和对二龄幼虫(J2)的毒性作用,筛选出4 株对大豆胞囊线虫胞囊孵化有强烈抑制性的菌株,1 株对J2 有一定毒性的菌株。其中r030060、r030121、r030260、r030398对胞囊的孵化相对抑制性分别达62.20%、67.50%、67.50%、58.75%。Four hundred endogenous bacteria strains from the nodule of the soybean were isolated from the rhizosphere soil in Liaoning, Jilin and Shandong provinces. The effect of bacterial suspension on the hatching of cyst and the toxicity to J2, Heterodera glycines race 3, were determined, and the results showed that 4 strains intensively suppressed the hatching of cyst and 1 strain had toxicity to J2 from the strains. The suppression ratios to cyst-hatching of r030060, r030121, r030260 and r030398 were 62.20%, 67.50% , 67.50% and 58.75% separately.
