摘　　要：按凝血过程激发、放大、凝血酶和纤维蛋白形成的顺序,从原理、临床试验、到作为抗栓塞新药应用对目前国内外抗凝血药物的研究进行了详细评述.Two types of anticoagulant drugs can inhibit the thrombosis, the drug anti-platelet prevents the activation and agglutintion of platelet, drug of anticoagulant inhibits the formation of thrombin and fibrin. This paper reviews the research progress of new antocoagulant drugs from the mechanism clinical experiment to the application.
