摘　　要：竞技体育的“举国体制”仍有很强的生命力,体育的社会化、市场化又是必不可挡的发展趋势,竞技体育后备人才培养体系如何在这种形势下找到自己的发展点,仍是有待探索的难点课题。“体教结合”模式涉及到体育局与教育部门双方责、权、利等多个敏感点,因此,高校“体教结合”高水平运动队的机构性质及隶属关系必须得到澄清。There is a vigorous vitality in the nation-control sports system at present. But it is an irresistible trend for socialization and marketization of sports. There remain a baffling issue to be explored, that how the reserved talent system of sports to seek its develop-point. The 'Ti-jiao United mode' has involved a lot of sensitive points on responsibility and right and interest between sports section and education department. Therefore, we have to clarify the quality of organization and relationship of subordinate with regard to university's 'Ti-jiao United mode' high-level sport team.
