Study on Chinese Alpine Rush Pulping Wastewater Treatment with Hydrolysisacidrogenesis-Aerobic-Biological Fluidized Bed Process

摘  要:采用水解酸化-好氧生物流化床工艺处理龙须草制浆废水,试验研究结果表明,水解酸化阶段的最佳条件为:水力停留时间(H RT)8h,COD cr容积负荷1.5kg/(m3.d);好氧阶段最佳条件为:HRT10h,CODcr容积负荷0.65 kg/(m3.d),温度20 ̄30℃,pH7.07.5。在进水CODcr浓度为10g/L左右的情况下,出水COD cr为1 g/L左右,出水悬浮物SS在300mg/L左右,SV接近4%。同时,对试验中存在的问题和今后的研究方向作了讨论。In this paper,hydrolysisacidrogenesis-aerobic-biological fluized bed process was used to treat chinese alpine rush pulping wastewater.It showed that the optimum operating conditions were as follows: at hydrolysisacidroginesis stage,the hydraulic retention time was 8 hours,the volume loading was 1.5 kg /(m3·d);at the aerobic stage,the hydraulic retention time was 10 hours,the volume loading was 0.65 kg/(m3·d),the appropriate temperature was 20~30 ℃,the pH value was 7.0~7.5,the CODcr value of inflow was 10 g/L or so,the CODcr value of outflow was about 1 g/L.The removal of CODcr for the two stages were 45% and 80% respectively,the BOD5/CODcr value was reduced to less than 0.3 from 0.5 or so,the SS value of effluent was 4% or so.At the same time,some problems in the experiment were discussed and future research directions were put forward.
