摘　　要：简单介绍一种先进的移动监测装置——埃可监测器(ECO Explorer)的结构、原理以及使用的软件、硬件环境。该移动监测装置能弥补固定点位监测数据缺乏时空性的缺点,故具有较高的实际使用价值。This article is about an advanced migratory monitor——ECO-Explorer.The structure,principle,hard were and soft were environment is introduced on the explorer.It can make up for the shortcoming of fixed station,which is short of prompty.So the ECO-Explorer has higher practical value.
