摘　　要：我国农村公共品供给存在供给总量不足、供求结构失衡、供给效率低下等问题,这些问题的存在,已严重地影响了我国农业经济的发展和农民生活水平的提高,成为我国解决"三农"问题的一大"瓶颈"。因此,必须通过改革农村公共品供给方式、完善转移支付制度、推进基层民主建设、加强公共品资金使用的监督管理等措施来解决农村公共品供给问题。At present, the supply of rural public goods has three problems, they are: insufficiency total quantity of supply, unbalanced structure between supply and demand, and low supply efficiency. These problems have affected agricultural economic development and the enhancement of the peasants' living standard, and they become a big obstacle to solve the problems among agriculture , country and peasants. We should take measures to solve the problems, by reforming the way of the supply of rural public goods, perfecting transferred payment system, improving democratic construction of basic level, and strengthening supervision and management of use of funds for rural public goods,etc..
