摘　　要：研究开发了正温度系数(PTC)元件工频电流冲击特性计算机测试系统,详细介绍了系统的测试原理、硬件结构和软件设计。该系统主要包括数据采集、通道程控转换和数据处理等功能模块,能自动测量PTC元件的电流-时间特性和老化衰减特性,具有结构先进、测试效率高和工作稳定可靠等优点。An automatic measuring system for testing PTC alternating current impulse characteristics is developed.The measuring principle,hardware design and software design are described in detail.The I t curve and aging property can be automatically measured by using this system which is mainly made up of three functional modules:data acquisition,programmable channel switches and data calculation.The system has some advantages such as advanced structure,high efficiency and high stability.
