摘　　要：针对胜利油田水平井修井技术还不十分完善、大部分作业沿用直井的常规修井工具的现状,研制了利用提放方式实现退出的可退式打捞工具,并形成了本体打捞和对扣打捞两种系列。详细介绍了该类工具的结构、工作原理、轨道设计、基本参数及主要特点。胜利油田13口井18井次的现场应用表明,该类型工具能保证打捞管柱在解卡不成功时可靠退出,避免新的井下事故的发生,具有较高的可靠性和应用价值。The workover technology lor horizontal wells in the Shengli Oilfield is not perfect, and the workover tools in vertical wells are still used in most of horizontal wells. Regarding this scenario, the author developed a releasable fishing tool which can be withdrawn by lifting and running operations, and has developed two series of such tools. It is shown that this fishing tool can be withdrawn easily while jam release fails and a-void the occurrence of new downhole casualties, namely, it is very reliable and practical.
