摘 要:开发热力计算程序是深入开展大型电站锅炉课题研究的需要。本文以DG1025/18.2—540/540—Ⅱ4型锅炉为研究对象,利用VBA编程技术使VISUALBASIC和EXCEL软件相结合开发了热力计算程序。程序采用大型锅炉的炉膛出口烟温公式,考虑附加受热面吸热和某些计算参数的调整,经计算实例验证其可靠性好。程序以Excel表格形式进行数据的输入和输出,采用可视化的汉化界面及操作提示,使用方便,实用性强。模块化的设计方法为进一步开发大型锅炉通用的热力计算程序奠定了基础。The development of a thermodynamic calculation program is essential for an in-depth research of large-sized utility boilers. With model DG1025/18.2-540/540- II4 boiler serving as an object of investigation a VBA programming technique was employed to combine VISUAL BASIC and EXCEL software for the development of a thermodynamic calculation program. The formula of the furnace-outlet gas temperature of a large-sized boiler was adopted in the program with the heat absorption of some additional heating surfaces being taken into account and certain computation parameters undergoing an adjustment. Through the calculation of some specific examples the reliability of the program has been verified. Data input and output can be conducted by way of Excel spreadsheets. Through the application of a visualized Chinese character interface and operation promptings the program features ease of use and high practicality. A modular design method has laid a foundation for the further development of a general-purpose thermodynamic calculation program for large-sized boilers.
