摘 要:根据吉林西部的实际情况,应用遥感数据和非遥感数据,建立评价指标体系,采用层次分析法赋权。用多级模糊综合评判—灰色关联优势分析复合模型,对吉林西部生态环境进行评价。对各市县的环境质量做出优劣排序,为了使结果更清晰,应用Mapinfo软件实现评价结果可视化。为吉林西部资源环境保护、利用及可持续发展提供科学依据。West Jilin Province (44°57'~45°46'N, 123°09'~124°22'E) is located in the southwest Songnen Plain, its total area is 47 011 km 2, it belongs to semihumid and semiarid climate, the annual precipitation and evaporation vary in ranges of 400~500 mm and 1 500~1 900 mm respectively, and the latter is 3.50~4.75 times higher than the former. Climate here has trended aridity, and the annual precipitation has reduced by 18% since recent 50 years. The ecological environment in west Jilin Province is seriously deteriorated due to both natural and artificial factors since recent decades, the area of woodlands is reduced, but the areas of sandlands and saline or alkaline lands are enlarged, and the land salinization or desertification is as high as 1.4%. Based on the actual situation in west Jilin Province, in this paper, the remote sensing data and the data derived from other ways are used to establish the evaluation index system, and the weights are derived by using hierarchical analysis. The environment quality evaluation was only to grade the ecological environment by a series of standards before, in this paper; however, the fuzzy synthetical judgment and the means of the grey correlative degree are used to assess the quality of ecological environment in west Jilin Province. Moreover, a sequence of the environment quality in all the counties and cities in west Jilin Province is carried out by using MapInfo. The study results can provide the scientific basis for the conservation, utilization and sustainable development of resources environment in west Jilin Province.
