强筋小麦陕优225系谱及性状遗传分析

摘　　要：为了充分挖掘现有优异种质材料的育种潜力,对陕优225的品质性状、农艺性状及其亲缘关系进行了遗传分析。结果表明,陕优225的品质性状,包括蛋白质品质、面团流变学品质、面包烘焙品质,明显优于其母本小偃6号,在产量与品质两个负相关性状选育上有较大突破,其它农艺性状继承了小偃6号的优良性状。陕优225的遗传基础丰富,优质亚基14+15和1来自母本小偃6号,矮秆基因来源意大利的St2422/464,大粒、抗穗发芽性状与其前南斯拉夫父本NS2761和选择胁迫有关。The pedigree and heredity characteristics of Shaanyou 225 were analyzed in this paper by (compared) with its parent material Xianyan 6. The results showed that (Shaanyou) 225 is an important (variety) and a good germplasm in wheat (production). The quality parameters of (Shaanyou) 225, such as (protein) (comparents), farinogram indexes, breadmarking parameters, were better than that of Xiaoyan 6. (Shaanyou) 225 was a (combination) on yield and quality breeding which normaly were negative correlated. The genetic base of (Shaanyou) 225 is rich. The quality subunits 14+15 and 1 devived from Xiaoyan 6, dwarf loci (originited) rom St2422/464, big kernal and pre-harvest sprocting resistance was related with its pateronal (parent) NS2761.
