摘　　要：分析了我国安全生产科技支撑条件现状及与国外相比所存在的差距,指出了我国建设安全生产科技支撑体系的必要性,建议并设计了我国安全生产科技支撑建设的总体框架和具体内容,探讨了体系运行机制和达到的效果。The paper analyses the gap between China and foreign countries in the safety production's supporting system, points out the necessity of building a scientific supporting system for China's safety production, it presents the overall framework and specific content of the system.
