摘　　要：通过对原油加热炉过渡段炉管简化计算方法和合理计算方法对比,认为前者对炉管所受热应力考虑不足。在过渡段炉管的设计中应考虑炉膛高温火焰、高温烟气辐射和对流传热造成的热应力。文章给出了计算公式,可提高加热炉的设计安全性。Comparing the simplized calculation with reasonable calulation of heat applied on transit section of oil heater,the author considers insufficient heat stress on former caculation.In the design of transit section,the high temperature flaze in hearth ,smoke radiation and heat stress on farnace tube should be considered.The caculation is given in the paper that will help the design safety.
