大屯矸石热电厂循环流化床锅炉冷渣器故障分析及对策

摘　　要：针对大屯煤电公司矸石热电厂2×12MW循环流化床锅炉冷渣器磨损、堵塞等故障,对冷渣器本体、冷渣器控制系统以及冷却水系统进行了技术改造,改造后的冷渣器运行良好。Directing against troubles, such as wearout and clogging in slagcooler etc., of 2×12 MW circuilating fluidized bed (CFB) boilers in gangueburning thermal power plant under Datun Coal And Electricity Company, technical retrofit of the slagcooler, the control system of the said slagcooler, and the cooling water system has been carried out by the gangueburning thermal power plant. operational results show that the slagcooler after retrofitting has good performance in operation.
