北方地区常见草坪品种对二氧化氮的抗性研究

摘　　要：通过对北方地区常见草坪品种金皇后、艾可、派尼、猎狗、黄金岛、早熟禾等进行NO2静态熏气处理,然后采用生理生化方法测定不同品种草坪在不同熏气浓度(浓度分别为0.048mg/m3、0.276mg/m3、0.523mg/m3、0.917mg/m3、1.245mg/m3)下,熏气24h后植物体内生理生化指标过氧化物酶、超氧化物歧化酶、抗坏血酸氧化酶、多酚氧化酶等酶活力的变化,进而挑选出对NO2具有抗性的品种。The common lawn breeds to the northern area such as Golden Empress, Ai Ke, Hunting Dog, Precocity Standing grain and Gold Island, Desert King's son and Pai Ni etc were studied in progress that the lawns was exposed to the gas of NO_2.Then by way of the physiology biochemistry method, physiology biochemistry quotas such as peroxidase, Superoxide Dismutase, Ascorbate Oxidase and Polyphenol Oxidase etc of the different breed lawns which was exposed to the different concentration gas of NO_2(concentration in 0.048 mg/m^3?0.276 mg/m^3?0.523 mg/m^3?0.917 mg/m^3?1.245 mg/m^3) during 24 hour were measured. At last, the breed that possessed the resistance to NO_2 was screened out.
