摘  要:改造为循环流化床锅炉是电厂小型煤粉炉的出路之一,解决锅炉布置的问题是改造中技术难点之一。保持锅炉厂房不动,充分利用原有钢架,将65t/h煤粉炉改造为水冷异型分离循环流化床锅炉,改造后锅炉结构紧凑,保持原有“п”型布置。改造后运行实践表明,锅炉出力提高到70t/h,蒸汽参数达到预期值,物料循环系统工作正常,床温合理,锅炉密封性能好,受热面无磨损,燃烧效率有所提高。Retrofitted to circulating fluidized boiler (CFBB) is one solution of small scale pulverized coal fired boilers in power plant. How to settle the boiler layout is one of critical techniques in retrofit. Keeping the original boiler room and using the original steel frame, one 65t/h pulverized coal fired boiler was retrofitted to water cooled square cyclone circulating fluidized boiler (CFBB). The structure of the retrofitted boiler is compact and its layout is “п” shape. The operation experiences indicated that the load of the retrofitted boiler increases to 70t/h, the steam parameters can reach expected values. The material circulating system operated well, the bed temperature was reasonable, the seal of the boiler was excellent, there was no erosion on heating surface and the combustion efficiency was a bit increased.
