摘　　要：用CCD器件构建快进、慢出模拟信号取样系统,取代传统的A/D变换器在数字存储示波器中的应用。详细描述二相CCD存储单元系统的工作原理、电荷转移过程、控制信号产生。分析了应用该系统对数字存储示波器转换速率和分辨率的改善作用和应用前景。Presented a circuit frame which working fast-in slow-out and serial-parallel-serial.The circuit can finish high speed analog signal captured system employing charge coupled device,which can replace traditional A/D converters in digital story oscilloscopes.It gave a detailed description of two phase charge coupled device store cells system working principle and charge shift process and the control signals produced.It analyzed the improvement upon conversion rate and resolution of the digital storage oscilloscopes and it's application prospect
