同种异体睾丸移植远期疗效观察(附4例报告)

摘　　要：目的 探讨同种异体睾丸移植的远期疗效.方法 利用亲属睾丸作供体行同种异体睾丸移植4例,其中医源性无睾症2例,原发性性腺机能低下2例,术后观察患者血清睾酮水平、第二性征变化及性功能情况.结果 术后随访2～11年,4例患者血清睾酮明显升高,性功能及第二性征长期维持,精液检查未见精子.结论 同种异体睾丸移植的内分泌治疗效果较为确切,但生精功能不满意.Objective To evaluate the prospective effiecacy of testis homotransplantations. Methods 4 patients underwent testis homotransplantion with their relatives' testis as donor tissue. Of them, 2 suffered from iatrogenic anorchia and the other 2 from hypogonadism. After the operation, serum testosterone, secondary sex characteristics and sexual function were observed. Results The patients were followed up for 2 to 11 years. All of them had a significantly increased level of serum testosterone, and the male secondary sexual characteristics and sexual function maintained for a long term. No sperm was found in their semen.Conclusion Testis homotransplantation is effective to cure male hypoandrogenism, but ineffective to restore spermatogenesis at present.
