摘  要:测定了非致病性镰刀菌FO47和FO47B10对小麦、玉米等8种作物的安全性和定殖能力,以及其对黄瓜和西瓜生长发育的影响及对黄瓜霜霉病的生物防治效果。结果表明,FO47和FO47B10对作物是安全的,并能定殖在作物体内;提前在土壤中接种FO47和FO47B10能提高黄瓜和西瓜植株的抗逆性,促进其生长发育,促生效应与其分泌的赤霉素量呈正相关关系;FO47和FO47B10对黄瓜霜霉病有明显的防治效果。The effect of the nonpathogenic Fusarium oxysporum strain FO47 and FO47B10 on the safety and colonizing ability of 8 crops including wheat and corn,growth of cucumber and watermelon and the biocontrol effect to Pseudoperonospora cubensis in cucumber were discussed.Results showed that FO47 and FO47B10 were safe and could be colonized in the crops;seeding cucumber and watermelon,inoculating FO47 and FO47B10 in the soil inadvance could improve the tolerance of plants;The gibberellin content produced by FO47B10 was higher than that of the strain FO47.The result showed that the control efficacy of two strains against Pseudoperonospora cubensis in cucumber was significant.
