摘 要:以2年生金丝小枣嫁接苗为试材,研究了盆栽条件下硅对受盐胁迫金丝小枣生长和生理的效应。结果表明,金丝小枣在含NaCl3.0和5.0g/kg土壤中长期生长,给土壤施硅(0.4g/kg)较不施硅处理的植株叶片相对含水量(RWC)分别提高7.30%和10.05%,叶片细胞质膜相对透性(PMP)分别降低234.60%和108.13%,光系统(PS)的潜在光化学活性(Fv/Fo)和最大光化学效率(Fv/Fm)分别提高32.25%,30.71%和11.26%,12.15%,CO2同化速率(Pn)分别提高10.31%和21.13%,枣头枝长度和叶干重分别增加87.40%,36.73%和238.16%,40.38%。这说明盐胁迫下,给土壤施硅可改善金丝小枣树的生长和生理状况。Effects of silicon on growth and physiological status of Zizyphus jujuba cv.Jins xiaozao under salt stress were studied by using 2 year grafted seedlings.Ordinary agronomic soil was selected as pot cultured medium.Sources of sodium and silicon for experiment were sodium chloride and potassium silicate.Soil salt contents (NaCl) were planned 3 levels,i.e.0,3.0 and 5.0 g/kg.Soil silicon (Si) contents were planned 2 levels,i.e.0 and 0.4 g/kg.The experimental results showed that salt ions had distinctively negative effects on jisi jujube plants grown in soils containing 3.0 g/kg or 5.0 g/kg NaCl for more than 6 months while silicon addition ameliorated the effects of salt stress on jisi jujube plant.Under the two salt contents,added silicon increased blade relative water content by 7.30% and 10.05% than those of no silicon addition respectively while increased the length of leading shoot and weight of dried leaves by 87.40%, 36.73% ,238.16% and 40.38%.Added silicon also increased Fv/Fo ratio and Fv/Fo ratio of PSⅡ by 32.25% ,30.71% and 11.26%,12.15%.The gases exchange status,including photosynthetic rate (Pn) and transpiration ratio (Tr),of jisi jujube under salt stress were also improved by added silicon.So was the leaf membrane permeability of the tree.
