摘　　要：目的:观察HRT治疗围绝经期抑郁症的疗效。方法:将60例围绝经期抑郁症患者分成两组:治疗组每天口服复方戊酸雌二醇(克龄蒙)1次1片,连服21d,共3个周期;对照组每天口服谷维素片10mg,连服21d,共3个周期;用(HAMD)抑郁量表评定疗效。结果:治疗组疗效明显优于对照组,两组比较有明显差异,P<0.01。结论:HRT治疗围绝经期抑郁症有效。Objective:To evaluate the curative effect of hormone replacement therapy (HRT) for depression in perimenopause women.Methods:Sixty perimenopause women with depression were randomly divided into therapeutic group and contral group.Therapeutic group was treated with climen. Control group was treatment with oryzanol. The course of treatment was 3 periods (21days per period). After treatment, the curative effect was evaluated with HAMD. Results:The curative effect of therapeutic group is better than that of control group (P<0.01).Conclusion:It is suggested that HRT may decrease the depression in perimenopause women.
