摘　　要：中国传统法律文化源远流长,今天仍然根深蒂固地存在着。其中的消极层面仍对当前正在进行的社会主义法制 建设起着巨大的阻碍作用。为实现“依法治国,建设社会主义法治国家”的宏伟蓝图,必须完成对传统法律文化的现代化改 造。There is a long history for the traditional legal culture in China,which still deeply exists.And the part of negative plays a tremendous obstructive function in the process of the legal construction of socialism at present.In order to realize the magnificent blueprint,that is rule bylaw,construct the legal country of socialis,it is necessary to fulfil the modernizing transformation to the traditional legal culture of China.
