沁河下游畸形河段切滩导流措施探讨

摘　　要：沁河下游 90km长游荡型河道有畸形河势 6处,这些畸形河势对堤防安全构成了严重威胁。20世纪 90年代以来,沁河下游来水减少,又缺乏有效的规划治理,短时期内畸形河势难以依靠水流自然的力量得到改善。理论分析和实践表明,采取人工切滩导流措施改变沁河下游畸形河势是必要的,在技术上是可行的。另外,沁河畸形河段切滩导流必须掌握好时机、方法和技术的协调。There are six lopsided river regime sections in the 90km meandering channel in the lower Qinhe River. This lopsided river regime has seriously threatened the safety of embankments. Since 1990's, the coming water of the lower Qinhe River is decreasing and it is lack of effective planning and management, therefore, it is difficult to improve the regime by relying on the natural force of flow in a short-term. The theoretical analysis and practice show that it is necessary to adopt the measures of cut-off of river to improve the lopsided regime of the lower Qinhe River and it is feasible in technique. In addition, to carry out the measures of cut-off of river at the lopsided section should pay attention to the coordination of right opportunity, method and technique.
