摘　　要：设计方案的优选是工程造价控制中的重点.在对影响评价结果精度和现有评价方法不足的分析基础上,提出运用灰色关联度与价值工程相结合评价建筑设计方案的方法,此方法科学地确定评价指标的权重,减小了主观因素对评价结果的影响,具有一定的实用性.The optimum choice of desigh plan is the key of construction cost. Based on the accuracy of current methods,an evaluation method which connects the grey relevent and value engineering is presented. The method scientifically decides the weight of the eualuation and reduces the affection of the evaluting results which come from the subjective factors. An example shows the practicality of the method.
