摘　　要：介绍了高速小型传动链动态精度测量系统（ＱＨＳＳ）、高精度小型分度光栅式传感器的设计与研制以及提高测量精度、装置的分辨率、传动链转速（＞３０００ｒ／ｍｉｎ）和传感器信号频率（＞１ＭＨｚ）的途径。This paper details about the system for measuring dynamic accuracy of a high speed and miniature drive chain(QHSS);about designing and making of the high accurate and small size grating sensor;about approaches of how to improve resolution of the measuring equipment、ro-tation sfpeed of the end shaft chain(>3000r/rnin)and signal frequency of grating sensor(>1MH7).
