摘 要:煤矿在生产过程中所产生的矿坑水、煤矸石、废风,它们的负面效应表现为对矿区环境造成严重的污染;然而它们还具有正面效应,那就是使之资源化。通过采取"清污分流、分质处理、分级应用","废矸井下就地消化与出井综合处理","煤层瓦斯抽放、将废风中的CH4富集后利用"等技术途径,实现废水、废矸、废气的资源化,从而可取得良好的环境效益、社会效益和经济效益。Three kinds of waste (i.e. wastewater, coal waste and waste gas) will be produced during coal mining. Their negative effect are that they will cause serious environment pollution in the mining area, but their positive effect are that they can be utilized as resources. For the effective utilization of them, many technical ways are adopted such as the “splitting clean water and polluted water into different flow, processing them according to their quality and utilizing them gradually”, “underground in-situ treatment of coal waste and the comprehensive utilization of out-mine coal waste”, “gas drainage from coal seam and gas utilization after being concentrated”, etc. which can make wastewater, coal waste and waste gas to be utilized as resources and thus achieve better environmental, social and economic benefits.
