健脾益肾方降低慢性肾衰营养不良患者脂调素水平的临床研究

摘　　要：目的研究中药健脾益肾方降低慢性肾功能衰竭营养不良患者脂调素水平的有效性。方法将79例患者随机分为两组。治疗组给予健脾益肾方;对照组仅予氨基酸胶囊口服,治疗前后检测脂调素、肌酐、尿素氮、血清白蛋白、前白蛋白、转铁蛋白、血清胆固醇等指标。结果健脾益肾方能明显降低脂调素、血肌酐、尿素氮水平,并能升高血清白蛋白、前白蛋白、转铁蛋白、血清胆固醇水平(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论健脾益肾方能有效降低慢性肾功能衰竭营养不良患者脂调素水平,从而改善其营养状况。Objective:To observe the effectiveness of jianpiyishen prescription on lowering leptin level in patients with malnutrition caused by chronic renal failure.Method:79 cases were devided to two groups at random,the treatment group was given Chinese medicine (jianpiyishen decoction),the control was given amino acid capsule.Serum leptin,Scr,BUN,ALB,pre-A,TSF and cholesterol,etc were determined before and after treated.Results:Jianpiyishen prescription could obviously lower serum leptin,Scr,BUN and raise serum ALB,Pre-A,TSF and cholesterol level.(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion:Jianpiyishen prescription can effectively lower the leptin level of chronic renal failure patients with malnutrition,improve their nutrition condition.
