摘　　要：现阶段居家养老仍是我国最主要的养老方式,但是在我国从农业社会向工业社会转型过程中,传统居家养老方式受到多方面的冲击。因而就要分析当前影响居家瞻养难度增加的几个因素,并改善居家瞻养质量,建立现代居家养老的新形式——“亲情社区”。'Retirement at home'is still the main providing life mode for the senior citizens in our country. But in the special process of the agriculture society being transformed toward the industry society, the traditional ' retirement at home' is being impacted from many sides. In order to improve the retirement life quality the author hereat analyses a few increasing difficult factors which influence elders' daily ife and conceives to construct a modem way of retirement--' intimate society'.
