中山杉“三重保温”扦插育苗试验研究

摘　　要：中山杉为江苏沿海湿地优良绿化和用材树种。利用中山杉30 2的1、2年生枝条为插穗,以草木灰+菜园土为扦插基质,15 0 0×10 -6mg/mlNAA×IAA为生根促进剂,采用“三重保温”育苗技术,平均扦插生根率为87%左右。Taxodium ‘Zhongshansa’is the excellent plant species of green and wood along the seaside in Jiangsu province .We make use of one to two years branch of Taxodium ‘Zhongshansa 302’ as quickest.Using plant ash and garden soil as the cutting substance and using 1.5?mg/L NAA×IAA as the rhizogenic accelerant.We adopt the breeding technique of “three layers of keeping warm,”the rootage raito is about einghty-seven percent.
